Evan Dube went above and beyond a typical Broker's involvement in selling my property. This property was tenant occupied during most of the showings, inspection and appraisal, he was there checking on things for me often since I live an hour away from the property making it difficult for me to deal with anything. Sue was assigned to us by our mortgage company. We have dealt with many realtors over the years, but Sue is different. When Sue says she's going to get something done, she gets it done. We moved from halfway across the country, and Sue made the whole process of buying our first home far less stressful than it could have been.
