In the past 12 months my girlfriend and I used Susan Dube for three realestate transactions. We have been very pleased by her services every time. However, this time we were extremely satisified. Susan sold our home in only 28 hours! Her calculation of the market value of the house, online listing and thourough communication resulted in a very quick and seemless sale of our home. We were thrilled to say the least. It has been a pleasure working with Susan for all of our transactions over the last year. She made her self available to us whenever needed and never made us feel like we were bothering her. Most importantly you could tell she cared about our needs and not just the comission. I would certainly recommend Susan to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the area!
